Have went to this office for many many years. I have loved my dental hygienist and most of the assistants. But I feel the office has changed. I have had to wait 30 minutes in the chair to see the new dentist-several times. I have had to go back in for the same issue multiple of times. A dentist should take pride in their work. And want to do the best work possible. This office has lost so many of their employees. Sad for our small town.

The whole team at Midwest Dental in Augusta is AMAZING. They completed routine procedures for me including: fillings, cleanings, etc., but the effort they put into identifying what else my insurance covered is unmatched elsewhere (I had no idea I could get x-rays done at no additional cost). This was my first experience at MWD. While at my first appointment, I inquired about some chips I had on my front two teeth, as well as some discoloration from a previous composite bonding experience. We set up a time to complete this process, and Dr. Cole made sure that she matched the color and size of my front teeth impeccably. I didn’t even mention the pricing for all of this was extremely affordable. In fact, as soon as I finished up at MWD, I called my friend to tell her about my wonderful experience. On another note, everyone there is incredibly personable, and Dr. Cole is hilarious. I can’t believe I found such a great dentist so close to home.

I don't like the unkindness I have received from Louise. She has cancelled appointments without rescheduling when we have requested a reschedule. Very disappointed since Midwest dental took over. I have been a patient for about 30 years. I am disappointed by the change in hours. I don't like taking my child out of school to go to the dentist. Louise never remembers me and can never answer my questions. Joslin is always rude and disrespectful. I feel customer service is not her priority. Jamie is amazing. She is the only reason I have stayed.

This office has been nothing but helpful and kind. They work with you, they are affordable if you don’t have insurance, they genuinely care and they give you the best advice. 10/10 would recommend them, ESPECIALLY if you have a fear of the dentist - they make it easy, comfortable and constantly make sure how you’re doing. Dr Paul Mitsch at Midwest Dental in Augusta is an artist when it comes to all things teeth!! After leaving my former dentist of 30 + - years, this discovery is a Godsend. Good dentists, bad bookkeeping I had been going to this office for quite some time with no issues, up until about a months ago when I get a bill in the mail that says nothing but "balance forward" zero explanation as to what it is. After I went into the office they still had a tough time explaining to me exactly what the charge was. Turns out, it was for an appointment I had back in January, and they sent it to my insurance incorrectly. The only explanation they gave for why it was the first time I was hearing about it was "well we're under new management so we are trying to clean things up" Long story short I'm still disputing the charges over a month later, it's been a nightmare. I will not be going back once this is cleared up.
